Feather steaks
Mushrooms
Brie or Danish blue cheese
Baguette
Butter
Method
Cut the baguette in half and spread butter on
both sides. Cut the feather steaks into strips and slice the mushrooms,
fry the steaks for five minutes then add the sliced mushrooms and fry
for a further two minutes. Slice the cheese. When steak and mushroom is
cooked arrange in the baguette then add the cheese while still hot.
